Crobat has fairly decent bulk working off of 85/80/80 Defenses.  At first glance, it may not seem to be the best of bulk but it has one thing that almost no other wall has, sheer Speed.  Access to Roost makes it very hard to take down, removing Ice-, Electric-, and Rock-type weaknesses when used.  Crobat fits in any position on a team, whether you use this as a Lead or a wall, it works great.  It serves as a good check to Togekiss and Jirachi given its ability, Inner Focus, able to whittle them down with Super Fang and U-turn to an appropriate counter.  248 HP EVs nearly max out Crobat's HP, leaving it at an odd number to take residual damage better, most notably Stealth Rock.  220 Speed EVs with a Jolly nature lets it outpace Jolly Weavile.  An alternative of 136 can be used to outpace max Speed Azelf of Weavile doesn't concern you, making it much bulkier.
